Terms of Service

By scheduling an inspection or service appointment with Talent Pest Control, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Scheduling & Confirmation

  • Scheduling an inspection does not guarantee availability. All appointments are subject to confirmation by our team. If booking an appointment after 5pm, our office will contact to confirm a time with you first thing during the next business day.
  • If same-day scheduling is unavailable, we will contact you to reschedule at the next available time.

2. Inspection & First Treatment

  • Our inspection/initial treatment is a professional assessment of pest activity and potential treatment + exclusion needs. It does not guarantee complete eradication without a follow-up plan.
  • If applicable, our technician may offer a first treatment during the initial visit. Pricing and service details will be provided before proceeding.
  • Certain treatments may require customer approval or additional preparation.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
  • If you are not present at the scheduled time and have not notified us, we reserve the right to charge a missed appointment fee.

4. Liability & Service Limitations

  • While we take all reasonable precautions, Talent Pest Control is not liable for any pre-existing property damage or pest-related issues beyond the scope of our service.
  • Our recommendations and treatments are based on industry best practices, but results may vary depending on environmental factors.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide access to the inspection area and disclose any known pest issues or hazardous conditions.
  • Certain treatments may require follow-up visits or homeowner cooperation for the best results.

6. Payment & Service Agreement

  • If a first treatment is performed during the inspection, payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated in a service agreement.
  • Additional treatments or long-term service plans may be recommended but are optional.
