Nich learned customer service by working for Chick-Fil-A. He started when he was 16 years old cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, and dining areas. The general manager knew that the best way to become a valued employee was to start him out by handing him a broom. Nich worked there for 8 years becoming the store manager. 

When we asked him why he left Chick-Fil-A to come work for us he told us that he wanted to expand his work experience and wanted to learn from Nathan our company’s founder. 

Nich and his lovely wife Kim recently celebrated their third anniversary and are recent homeowners so house projects have been an ongoing adventure they share.

They enjoy their time outdoors in the fresh air, cooking meals together throughout the week, spending time with their cat Brie, and taking time to visit with family and friends.
