MORE ABOUT TRACIE…

Tracie is a certified pest control technician so she knows the ins and outs of our teams in the field. Though she is capable of servicing our customers at their homes, Tracie’s main function is a customer service representative. Her duties range from calling customers to intake and scheduling of services. Tracie is well suited to customer interaction as you will see when she gives you a call.

Tracie grew up in Portsmouth and moved with her husband Jack to Pungo 23 years ago. Jack is a retired Longshoreman and they have 4 children between them. They also have seven grandkids and 5 great grands!

She enjoys reading, gardening, bird-watching, photography, and country music concerts with her son. She also cares for her her husband Jack who has COPD and is on oxygen as well as her parents. Caring for her family is her greatest joy.
