We offer a free 1-year Subterranean Termite Limited Warranty on homes for which we issue a clear termite and moisture letter at closing. This warranty is activated upon completion of a Post Settlement Inspection (PSI) which can be scheduled up to 45 days post-closing. This warranty is not activated until signed by Talent Termite representative upon completion of Post Settlement Inspection.

Warranty: This warranty is limited to treatment for subterranean termites only and in no way covers damages and repairs to the structure or contents. The customer reserves the right to terminate this agreement at no further charge at the anniversary date. Talent Termite reserves the right to perform treatments in a manner consistent with industry standards.
